Return & Store Credit Policy

At Kilt +, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help under the following guidelines.

Returns for Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, or markdown items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

This includes:

  • Items purchased during sitewide sales
  • Discounted merchandise
  • Clearance items
  • Products purchased using promotional discount codes (unless otherwise stated)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked "Final Sale"

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kiltplus.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
